Follow up to Strength by Feel Cycle
Hi All,
I'm nearing the end of the Strength by Feel cycle and am wondering what is a good follow up program to run?
Is it okay to just run Strength by Feel again? This program has helped me a lot and I have hit some numbers I never hit before.
I was coming off a 3-4 month layoff because of injury.
Thanks for the help/advice.

Absolutely. Stick with what works until it doesn't work anymore.

Greg, thanks for all your help and advice thus far. Very much appreciated.
For curious reasons, if I was to switch to a different program, which would you recommend?
Also, anytime it says Snatch - Mid Hang etc...this is meaning "squat" snatch correct, unless it says Power Snatch.

I don't know. What do you need to work on?

Yes, snatch/clean is always squat unless it has the power qualifier. Start position doesn't change it.

I really want to improve the Snatch lift and Front Squat.
Back Squat and Clean and Jerk are going up nicely.
