Conjugate method with olympic weightlifting
Wondering if Louie Simmons method at all would be applicable to Olympic weightlifting.
If it would be applicable I wonder how "random" one should be when selecting exercises. Weightlifting is so much more than just pure strength.
I like the thought of maxing out a random exercise every week but still having a system around it.
The WS tpl seem to be hard to incorporate with WL since WL need to have both press and squat at the same day i.e C&J.
