I just want to share this in case there is even just one other person out there that's in my position. I feel like my adductors have just been screaming at me for about three months and I finally found some ways to really target them before a work out:
you'll notice this link doesn't direct you to a particular video, but instead an index. I started at the top and worked my way down. Right now I feel so much better. My particular favorite stretches: super frog, feet against the wall and rolling out the inside of the leg with the barbell.
