Is this a normal thing for the beginning weighlifter? I know when I started squatting a lot a few years ago, my hip flexors were constantly sore, but it subsided.
My wrist's are pretty sore throughout the week. My right wrist is understandable cause I got a minor sprang in it a few weeks ago. But my left wrist almost feels like my right....I get a little discomfort when I do handstand pushups and regular pushups...take a few reps to get rid of the discomfort.
