Possible diagnosis(most likely--this is not medical advice, etc, see your doctor for that, etc):

Ulnar Tunnel Syndrome: You're compressing the ulnar nerve where it passes through the wrist.

The ulnar nerve innervates the sensory portion of your pinky and the lateral half of your ring finger. Or you could be compressing the superficial branch of the ulnar nerve.

Thanks Andy I'll keep an eye out for that since I do spend a lot of time typing. but for right now I don't think I have any of the other symptoms they list (thank goodness).

Yay for the search feature

..cause I just totally hurt my wrist doing a handstand 5 minutes ago. Same pain Iget from snatchs and cleans.
