I thought I had posted my thanks to everyone, but I guess I did not, so I apologize.

And I must clarify, as bitter as I am about the situation with CF, I should have stood up and said no and that I have too much on my plate that was planned and paid for prior to my employment (I have a hard time saying no...I learned my lesson). The positive side is that I feel I've learned from it and I'm in a better place (for me) now.

As a side note, thanks to Catalyst Athletics for all you do to educate us and give us a forum to discuss a variety of topics with our peers.
