Default Problem with oh squat

Can someone please critique my oh squat? I am very weak in the bottom position and just feel awkward throughout the movement. Is it a shoulder or thoracic mobility problem or something else? Thanks for any and all help.

Little bit of everything it looks like, but mostly upper back/shoulders. Try back squatting and seeing if you can sit all the way down with a fully closed knee, back arched and feet flat. If so, your ankles and hips are fine, and it's all upper body.

I appreciate the help. Additionally, your dvd supplied the key verbal cues that have helped improve my back squatting form immensely from what it used to be. I will post a video of my back squat if you wouldn't mind helping me decipher whether it's all upperbody or it's the hips and ankles too. I've always struggled with OH squats (among other things) and I really want to address these weak points. Thanks again for the help.
