Default Glute pain for 3 +months WHAT IS WRONG!

So i've had this pain in my lower glute for about 3 and a half months now. It is very annoying as I cant do squats, deadlifts etc due to the pain. I would feel pain when bending over to touch my toes, getting into a bend over row/hang clean position or even climbing the stairs. It gets sore when I try to put any sort of pressure on it. Any idea what it could be? I would appreciate any help

Thanks
Aaron

Time to see a manual therapist. Could be as simple as a minor tear/strain that just keeps getting aggravated, but 3+ months of pain is not good, so I would find a pro who can figure out exactly what's going on and help you treat it.
