Power Snatch Percentages
I'm currently following one of the programs on the site (Advanced 2-Phase Cycle) and I had a quick question regarding prescribed percentages. On the 2nd day, the percentage for power snatch is 80%. Is this 80% of your 1RM power snatch, or of your 1RM snatch? Looking under the Program Help link, it says that prescribed weights are for the exercise listed unless noted, so I'm assuming that its 80% of your 1RM power snatch, but I just wanted to be sure before continuing the cycle. Thanks!
