Khawaja Rizwan New Member Join Date: Jan 2013 Posts: 1	i was the national champion and record holder in weightlifting and powerlifting. i was the national champion and record holder in weightlifting and powerlifting. i droped a 190kg clean in my wrist and then i had 2 hours long operation.dr.put artifical rod and screw in my wrist.now i try again for weightlifting.i have satisfy with my clean but my snatch 2nd pull not working.my operated hand grip very weak what i do. please check these. http://www.facebook.com/khawajarizwanA and http://www.youtube.com/user/khawajam...ew=0&flow=grid
