Thanks, Greg, for the feedback. Much appreciated. I'm actually in the middle of doing a couple "waves" of the conjugate system right now, trying to use band tension and such to develop more speed and aggressiveness on my lifts. I've historically always lifted pretty slow and controlled, so trying to overcome that; seems to be helping so far.
As a side note, I just signed up for the seminar in March. Pretty stoked for that!
