Default Coach Takano's Book

Greg- was hoping to hear your thoughts comparing/contrasting Coach Takano's book vs yours from a programming perspective. Thanks.

Takano's book is all about program design, whereas mine covers literally every weightlifting topic. His approach is very much Soviet-influenced and detail-oriented, so it will provide more detail on program design in that vein than mine does.
