Default Growing a Program

Hello. I'm the head coach of a small weightlifting club and I'm looking for some advice on how to grow our club and our program. We have 10 lifters currently and they all have less than a year of experience. Does anyone have any advice in how to attract and retain lifters? Any guidance on how to run operations, conduct classes, promote the club, plan for the future, etc? Big or small, any and all ideas are appreciated. Thank you.

Well, lots of potential options from building a website, social media, visiting some gyms and talking to people, schools, etc.

Lets start with where approximately you are located, are you in a rural or metro area, etc.

We're in a medium sized city (pop. 40,000) in Saskatchewan, Canada. We have a blog where we post our daily training as well as a picture. We are on Twitter and have a Facebook page.
