Default Clean Critique. Embedded Now.

Hey guys, I am new to weightlifting and I am looking for a few pointers. Some things to work on. I feel like every lift I do feels different I am having trouble with consistency. Thanks so much guys.

I uploaded and made a channel just for this. There are two people lifting, myself and Gavin, and we both need help! =)

I really appreciated it and thank you again.

Main thing I would work on is speeding up your pull / squat under. The lift itself is really good overall, but you definitely hesitate a lot squatting under - as if you've done a lot of power cleans and relatively few cleans. So focus on turning it over and meeting the bar but smoothly and immediately sitting into that squat. Tall cleans or dip cleans will probably help.
