I'd say add in:
Burpees
Box/Squat/Lunge/Broad Jumps
Handstand Pushups
Dips
L-Sits
Lunges
Sprints (100-400m)
Feet to Hands (version of knees to elbows but more brutal)
Have the generator pick 3 only per day.....and random set numbers per set for 3-5 rounds. I'll put it on my free site and call it ODFit....certifications will be at the bar.
Oh...we could add in some high rep DB cleans just to piss off the experts.
