Default semi random body weight workout generator

I have been thinking about writing a random body weight workout generator.

I think it might work like this
you would supply the max number of
push ups
pull ups
squats
that you can do in one minute and based on that it would create a random body weight workout specific to your abilities.

what do you guys think?

With more work it could be treated as an extensible framework where each different exercise could be manipulated as an object and assigned a virtual "weight".

Extensible object oriented fitness framework, open source of course.

I'd say add in:
Burpees
Box/Squat/Lunge/Broad Jumps
Handstand Pushups
Dips
L-Sits
Lunges
Sprints (100-400m)
Feet to Hands (version of knees to elbows but more brutal)

Have the generator pick 3 only per day.....and random set numbers per set for 3-5 rounds. I'll put it on my free site and call it ODFit....certifications will be at the bar.

Oh...we could add in some high rep DB cleans just to piss off the experts.
