i'm wondering what exercises you all would recommend to complement the incline press in a strength routine.
i am definitely including squats & deadlifts, dips & chins.
recently i've also been doing incline press, press & pendlay rows.
these are the three elements i'm curious about; is this balanced? any modifications you might suggest?
i am just trying to build up strength (3x5) in a balanced way that will transfer to the olympic lifts when i have the opportunity to learn them. bench press tends to mess with my shoulders, and this article convinced me to focus on incline press anyways: http://www.catalystathletics.com/art...?articleID=120
