Default A great mobility routine for lifters.

Just pasing along a great routine...As a 40+ yr old lifter if I don't keep up on my mobility work I do not lift optimally, and I get injured. IMO even as a junior or senior lifter mobility work will help. Here is what I do... https://www.regonline.ca/custImages/...TCHPROGRAM.pdf
