Fascial stretch therapy and weightlifting
Just a little back drop to my question... I started lifting seriously in 2010 and injured my lower back / SI joint weightlifting in early 2012. I was introduced to a Stretch to Win therapist through a friend and was amazed at how well I responded, so much so I took the plunge and got certified my self through the same institute.
My question is...I was wondering if anyone has had any fascia work done for recovery of a weightlifting injury or if anyone has used it to improve mobility for weightlifting?
