When I say personal training I mean a session with a reputable olympic lifting coach. I'm very lucky in that I live 30 minutes from California Strength and 45 minutes from Catalyst Athletics. I just placed the order for some squat stands and a copy of "Olympic Weightlifting: A Complete Guide for Athletes & Coaches," so in a paycheck or 2 I will be inquiring about scheduling a sessions with one of those establishments. I have a feeling since California Strength doesn't list their prices I can't afford it. I'm a student, a musician, I train twice a day, and I work around 30 hours a week, so money and time are both scarce resources. Thanks again for all the advice.
