Default Me and my goals

Thought I'd make a thread about my goals. (First post)

I've been doing oly lifting for about 4 months now, as in turns out, all have been with a torn rotator cuff, and just the last month has been no overhead work, just squats, 4-5 days a week

Current lifts are around (no max yet tested) 75/95, done fairly fatigued though... Back squat 3x122.5, front squat 3x100
BW is 71kg (170cm)

I have a good coach, who gives me program's, and I'm about to start a 5 day program, just the 1 session each day..
I've done one meet a few weeks ago, 55/80, was just for the experience and was nursing a dodgy back to go with the constant shoulder pain

My near goals are to hit 100/120 by match next year, and compete at nationals next year as a 69, though I'm already fairly lean, and my coach suggests I won't be able to hold that weight over the years, that said,I have been training (strength) for some time, and I don't really think I'm going to put on as much mass as he suggests.

Long term I guess I'd like to hit 2xbw CJ, though not to sure how long is reasonable for that!

Each morning I do some stuff, dips rows, pull ups, on gymnastic rings, just to stay aesthetic through the chest and arms..

Probably wont log on here, though I'll check in with photos, some vids, and just some lifts hit

Working to those numbers while losing bodyweight is going to be tough. But if you're standing at 170cm it's definitely doable. That's about my height and I'm usually around 68kg. You're still very new to the sport and if you take care of your injuries I think you could do it.

Thanks mate, probably only be losing weight for a few weeks really, then I'll probably eat what I can to support training, while keeping an eye on what I put on
