Default Wrist and knee pains when OL lifting?

Do anyone have good rehab, warm-up, or some of that kind good excercises for the wrists and knees?

I feel the wrist pains when doing the Clean, and the knee pains when performing the Jerk. The "funny thing is that it is at both the left hand and left leg" I suspect it has something to do with bad/too little warm-up.

Every tip is appreciated!

Some wrist and knee pain is pretty common for beginner. I roll my wrists around a little bit before training and I also wear some wraps during training. I use to have some bad knee pain but I started taking a glucosamine/condroitin/msm supplement daily along with fish oils on top of that and it's helped out tremendously. Although I believe anyone who is doing weightlifting training regularly will always have some level of joint pain.

It's good to do soft tissue work (foam rolling, lacrosse ball, softball, etc) before and after training. Especially rolling the quads/hamstrings/calves will help with the knee pain.
