Default Spreadsheets I've Made For 7 Of The Catalyst Programs

Hello all,

I just wanted to share with you some spreadsheets I've made of the wonderful programs found on the training cycles pages. I train at home and am bad with math mid-workout, so I made a google spreadsheet to calculate all that crap for me!

So far I've made 7 of the cycles and am working on an 8th. To use them you go to File -> Make a Copy and then it will show up in your drive for you to edit. You punch in your 1RMs (or training 1rm) in the box at the top and your workout weights will automagically appear for you!

I hope some use can be made of these, as sharing is caring ha.

I'll just link the post I made on reddit that explains pretty much all this and has the links: http://www.reddit.com/r/weightliftin...yst_athletics/

Thanks,

Matt

This is something that has been on my to-do list for a few years now. I'm going to get these posted on the site with the cycles. Thanks.

You're welcome! I don't blame you for putting it off - there was a lot of eye strain and double, triple and quadruple checking to make sure everything was correct. Just happy to be of help to the place that has helped me so!

Hey Greg,

Just wanted to let you know I wrapped up the 12-Week Basic Cycle today: http://goo.gl/dGublJ if you're interested in adding that one as well.
