Default Belt for Olympic lifts

Is there a belt or belt type that is recommended for olympic lifting? Is there something to look for in a belt for olympic lifts vs. a belt for powerlifting?

Typically, you'll want a slimmer profile for Olympic lifting. Personally, I have a Harbinger 4" nylon and Velcro belt. I use it for CJ's and squats, plus heavy clean pulls/deadlifts. Lots of lifters also like Valeo belts.

You can also use leather belts, but, again, you'll not want a stiff powerlifting belt, you want a supple tapered belt. Watch video's of elite weightlifters at comps and you'll see what I'm talking about.
