Notes- ok, stomach last week, bit of a cold this week, plus a bucks weekend, took me a bit to talk myself into, he cut the miss on 130... All good but, when you only drink 3-4 times a year, it plays with your head a lot!!!

Notes- I wear orthotics in my oly shoes, just got a second pair on Monday to wear at work, I'm feeling really good through the hips, ankles etc, which I'm assuming is from the inserts..

Do you find using hang snatch and snatch pulls help your overal snatch?

My snatch has stalled recently and im thinking that this combination may help

Yeah they have for me, snatch from mid thigh, has helped me "explode" in a better spot I think, plus also the lifts on the minute seems to have helped consistency..

For me, pulls just help to handle heavier loads, so your hard snatches don't feel so dead off the floor
