Shoulder/upper back cycle?
The cyshoulder/upper back weaknesses. I started lifting a few years ago with Starting Strength, which is lower-bodyfocused, and have never really done anything to fix the discrepancy. I started oly lifting a couple of years ago, and I believe having trouble stabilizing weights overhead is holding me back.
My Overhead Squats are limited by how much I can push press to get in position without losing the bar, and the Jerk has always been my limiting factor in C&J.
