Default anyone know about detox products

I need to do a blood cleanse, and a friend suggested using organic detox products. I was a bit skeptical, so I did some extra research on the subject, and some people have said to experience better results with certain types of detox products. One I can't find too much about are these detox pads that go on your feet. Might there be any truth or benefit to using these? I am trying to see if any one has any real knowledge of them.. you know like side effects or benefits before I try it.

Hello Aditi,

In my opinion, I say you may be looking at the wrong place in order to achieving your aim. Why do I say that? Because our body has a magnificent system already when it comes to the cleansing of our blood. Would you consider buying a product in order to pump your blood throughout your body? Of course you wouldn't , because the ultimate pump (your heart) is in charge of that task.

Great, so what now?

Well, there is another pump in your body that is passive, and by passive I mean, it needs you to work it! Great, what is it and how would I get it to work? Well, its name is the lymphatic system, and the way you work it is by (wait for it)....

...moving!

See, it won't cost you a cent, just some calorie expenditure through some exercise, or general movement of your body really Aditi. Resistance (weight) training is tops since it "squeezes" the lymph through its channel and make it move (pump) through your body, all the while detoxifying you. The lymphatic system is the equivalent of your drainage system at home. Without it moving freely and properly, you would get all clogged up (not with sewerage as would occur with the drainage pipes), but with viruses and bacteria...creating a toxic environment that has the potential to making you ill with everything you can imagine.

Excuse my simplistic overview of the lymphatic system please. I simply would like you to do more research on this very important subject before you part with your hard eared money.

Bye for now...

Fadi.
