Today's work out
warm up: 15 back hypers, 15 situps, 15 pushups, 15 pullups (60lbs assist.) samson stretch and 15 dislocates x2
Work out
row 1000m
30 kb overhead lunges (26lbs.)
30 box jumps
repeat 3 times for time
time: 32:24
It was hard but I liked it. By the third round my legs we getting tired and I almost ate it on one of my box jumps and a couple of lunges...but such is life.

100 pullups (sub in 35lb. KB swings)
100 pushups
100 situps
100 squats
Time: 27:19
pushups took forever but I did all of them regular style which is a first for me. I need to get farther down to the ground but I will keep working on it.

21 figure 8
21 sidestep-vertical leap
run .25 mile
15 of each
run .25 mile
9 each
run .25 mile
did this work out about 2 weeks ago on the beach. Didn't time today's but it was sooo much easier to do it without sand under my feet!

Warm up: run around block (a little over .25 mile), some sit ups and bw squats
Work out:
3 rounds
20 swings
20 cleans (10 each arm)
20 burpies
20 doubleunders
19:14
this work out put me on the ground and then on the side of the house yacking my brains out!!! Oh well...better luck next time.
break followed by:
deadlifts 2-26 lbs kb= 52 lbs 15x3

Was having a hard time posting yesterday and last week we just don't need to talk about how well I did not do...so here is yesterday's work out
warm up: once around the block, bw squats, pushups
100 Kb swings (35 lbs.)
100 doubleunders
25 Kb Snatch each arm (26 lbs.)
20 lunge press (26 lbs.)
