3 rounds for time
15 pushups
15 doubleunders
15 kb swings (35lbs.)
15 overhead kb lunges (each leg)

Chris, a double under is done using a jumprope; and all you do in cycle two passes of the rope in a single jump. They may seem hard at first but you get better really quickly.


Babe, Great work on the bear crawl workout. I talked to jason on the phone and he said that going into that wo that he had it in his mind to finally beat you...Yeah, he thought that a second time when you finished 300 yards ahead of him!

Been awhile since I have worked out but here it goes...

50 Swings at 35lbs
50 Squats at 26lbs
50 High Windmills (25 each arm) 26lbs
50 Low Windmills (25 each arm) 26lbs
50 Snatchs (25 each arm)
I am dead but it felt good to work out again!
