Default Wrist Sprain

I believe I have a minor wrist sprain due to a bad receipt of a power clean. Luckily it was light. I was able to continue training, and did more cleans, but now it's the next day and it's relatively sore.

My question is if it's better to wrap it and keep it immobilized as much as possible, or to move it through the full range of motion so I don't lose mobility. Either way I plan to avoid anything involving it being bent back under a load for the time being...

Thanks in advance!

If it doesn't hurt when you wrap it and go light then I think that's fine but other than that I would probably lay off of the Cleans for a few days until it starts to feel better. If you can Snatch and do everything else without any pain then you should be good for that stuff. Instead of doing Cleans, you could just do Clean High-Pulls.
