Default Interview w/ Catherine Imes on the KB Lifter Podcast

Check out the latest interview w/ Master of Sport Catherine Imes on the Kettlebell Lifter Podcast. We talk about her development into a premier athlete in kettlebell sport and how to increase snatch numbers. Very insightful info from Catherine. You can listen to it at www.kblifter.blogspot.com. Also, I know have a feature on my blog for you to leave audio feedback. If you're interested in a topic dealing w/ KBs, let me know and we'll do a show.

I actually have the fortune of knowing Catherine personally and having taken a couple kettlebell clinics from her. Go Catherine!

Not sure if its just my Macs audio, but there was a lot of 'echo' on the recording which mean't you had to strain a bit to listen to it.

Content was very interesting for a novice like myself.

Best

I'm switching to a new way to do phone interviews (Skype) so hopefully they will be better in the future. I did use sound soap to clean the audio up, but I'm afraid I'm still quite the amatuer.
