Ronnie A's 93 kg C&J
Ronnie Ashlock made a very nice showing at yesterday's Troy Invitational (Auburn, WA). I don't remember the weights for his opening and second C&J, but he finished with a NICE 93 kg lift. I believe it was a PR for him and it was really great to watch him make that lift!
Great job Ronnie!

Wow! Thank you, Allison and everyone else for the kind words. Allison, you did great too and I can see you are getting faster and more confident under the bar, not to mention putting up bigger weights and looking stronger. It's a great sport and a great group of people participating in it. I wish we could have had more lifters and more folks up in the bleachers, but it was Easter weekend so I think that had something to do with it.
