"When they told me it was invented by a Navy SEAL, I knew it would be cool—It's just your body weight working against gravity, so you won't get injured. Now my wife uses one at home, and I'm addicted,"—Drew Brees

Who bets Drew Brees has never touched one of these things?

"It's just your body weight working against gravity, so you won't get injured"
Like falling out of a window!....except for the whole not getting injured part. Is it just me, or was this guy at the trainer's seminar in San Diego last year? Didn't one of the P-Menu peeps get a pic of me busting a "most muscular" pose in front of him while we all tried not to laugh?

marketing, sales, presentation = money.....that's where it's at...all gimicks and trends....no money in good old fashioned hard work...just new trends people think they need.....as people think they have tried everything...so it must be some new training they are missing....not their lack of effort in doing a basic program
Funny....looking at the exercises....most are stolen from the Swiss Ball movements....except now you have your feet or hands in a sling...some of the other stuff as the back extensions and rear delts is weak....as you come up the resistance drops dramatically.....so in a sense....not a great workout...save yourself $120 and do your jacknifes on a swiss ball....at least it's more portable...I'll give them that....

They had a piece on that in this month's Men's Fitness (UK edition). Apparently this is the secret of the SEALS fitness levels. There was actually a UK gym chain training director expounding on the virtues of the thing. This guy is normally quite sensible.
But they had something even better which I'm afraid will have to wait until tomorrow because I can't remember the link. Then my friends, you will truly understand the answer to all your fitness needs....

Ha! I've found it.
Forget how Mark Twight trained the actors for 300. Forget how Greg Glassman said he stole the ideas. Forget Dan John's Big 21. T-Nation? Pavel? Pah. Simpering pusses one and all.
You whining weasels I give you the Ultimate Burn Machine:

It weighs up to 22kg!

Thank god someone invented something that I can finally use!! I just hated those grips on the BB and DBs....I really was lacking a straight bar rotational tool that I can max deadlift at 40lbs.....
Sad how much money will probably be made selling it to clubs for their group workouts.....30 of those per club....x 1000000 clubs = rich fat guy

If I weren't such a moral and upstanding individual, I would come up with a fitness gimmick, make my quick millions, then move to Fiji and dance the hula.
