the diameter is too small, needs to be about 9"

On the other hand, it sounds like there are some dental benefits if you chew on these during the fast portion of IF'ing...

We actually have 4 sets of these in the gym. They are too small a diameter for dips and what not but perfect for ring rows. They are strong as hell and tasty too!
