Old school Polish OL Training
This is one of the cooler training videos I've ever seen on YouTube.
OLs, pulling boxes, kettlebells, jump squats, explosive GMs, phenomenal shoulder flexibility and stability, and real examples of "laden" and "mature" squats.

Awesome video.
Where do I begin:
1. How about the guy squatting out of the bottom position?
2. The guy doing heavy lunges with clean grip?
3. No wasted movements. Everything is efficient. They are not jumping 2 feet off of the ground for their cleans or shrugging their shoulders up to their ears (Like me.)
I picked up some pointers from this one. Great post and link!

I love how they are using a vaulting horse for back extensions, thats perfect!!!
And the stall bars for stretching are cool too!

I would love to have that kind of shoulder flexibility and stability, and those perfect squats. I think that was taken in the early or mid 70s. I think the same poster has a vid up of one of those lifters at the 1982 Olympic games.
Pisarenko is at 5:12 or so. Impressive. Very powerful looking. Fierce mustache!~
