As a snapshot of what I'm doing, for the last 3-4 weeks I've been uploading vblogs to youtube, showing various things (not necessarily good form, though it's not bad, either)
Be forewarned. I'm not a video guru. These are rough and begin with a stuttering and ambling introduction to what's in the video.

One of the reasons behind making these and uploading them is that I'd like to add positive content to the Power and Bulk, which I admin and have for the last 6 years or so, and other message boards I visit.
