Default The basic Jumpstretch Flexibility routine

I just wanted to post the link because I've forgotten where it was in the past, and I find it's very effective post-training.

seems interesting. does anyone know of any other resources that discuss this form of stretching?

also, is some sort of elastic rope necessary for this, or is a regular rope fine?

stretchingusa.com has some very boring but useful DVDs...with and without bands.
