Export Training Cycles To A Word Doc, Greg Everett,
All right, I finally got around to creating a new feature I've been wanting to have for a long time. You can now export all of the training cycles we have posted online into a Word doc so it's easy to print but also to edit if you want to make any changes for yourself. Just click the "Export Cycle as Word Doc" button at the top of each cycle page. View training cycles here.

Awesome thank you

When are you going drop out the metcons? They keep getting shorter. Would be cool to see more assistant exercises in place of.

Don't know if that will happen, although I've suggested people just skip them quite a bit...

Greg this is fantastic thank you tons. Would you be able to put together a Masters program cycle for us older folks? I would love your ideas or suggestions for modifying the current stuff if that is easier.

There are a number of other programs I would love to post, but unfortunately I don't have enough time to do it. That may change in the future.

As far as modification of the current program goes, take a look at this article for some guidance.

Don't hesitate to email us about features/functions you'd like to see on the site. Many are likely already in queue, but I'm always looking for ideas on how to improve what we have to offer.

Been listening to you on Paleo Solution Podcast, love the information and advice you give. Attempting first catalyst cycle and being able to download the cycle is extremely helpful. Thanks for having such a kick ass site, kick ass program, and all you do!

Hi Greg
Great idea, but any chance this fine feature could be made available to us mac users, too? Wouldn't want to get MS Word just for this.
Thanks anyway, best site on the subject I've come across, ever.

Our entire office is Mac - but we use MS Office as well. I may see if I can adjust the function to create an RTF file instead.
