3 sets:
A1. 10 sandbag power clean + push press - 80-100% BW; no rest
A2. 3 rope climbs

Muscle snatch -- max for day (120) Power snatch - 80%(120) x 1 x 4 Power clean & power jerk - 80%(140) x 1 x 4 Overhead squat - 85%(130) x 1; 70%(105) x 2 x 2 3 sets: 300m row Pull ups AMRAP min 10 Time:9:41 (all pull up sets broken) I did last Tuesday's metcon because I skipped it last week and have neither a sandbag or a rope.

C: MS:145# PR, PS: 150#, PC&PJ: 185#, OHS: 155#, 125# BG: MS=SnHP:155#, PS=Shoulderpress:115#, OHS:115#,95# WOD: I respectfully decline. Too sore from weekend antics and want to train tomorrow/thursday. Plus our towel was ripping for towel pullups, no sandbag, no rope, the platform was busy, 100# dumbbells seemed extreme, endless excuses.

Msn - 105 Psn - 85 Pcl & Pj - 125 OHS - 90 (80%); 75 (75%) 3 rds Did not complete as Rx'd. No sb with that much weight. Subbed: 53# weight best, 15' rope climb & 21 55# sb pc & pp *note to self: Load up the sandbag, easier than a weighted rope climb.
