snatch pull 92k back squat 141k 60#db push press 60#db hang high pull 3 rounds 3:47 tougher than expected. only first round unbroken 15 strict muscle ups untimed 10 min GHD work

Oh I thought when it says 2 x 6 that its 2 sets of 6...so is it like that all the time like if it says 3 x 4 it would be 4 sets of 3? Its like backwards from the bodybuilding ways lol

S-Pull from blocks: 65 kg HBBS: 100 kg + Metcon: 2x16 kg KB, ca 2 min Could do the s-pulls in a power rack, nice, but I don´t have access to it all the time so there will be some subs in the "block-exercises". HBBS felt light but my lower back was killing me, hopefully I will become more flexible.
