Back Squat - From Yesterday: Warmup: 135 lbs. x 10, 225 lbs. x 5 60% x 2 x 5: 240 lbs. x 2 x 5 Today: Snatch - 60% x 2 x 5 75 lbs. x 2 x 5 Clean & Jerk - 60% x 2 x 5 115 lbs. x 2 x 5 Hanging Leg Raises - 3 x 10 4 sets; no rest: A1: Dips x 10 (done with bodyweight) A2: Row x 10 (subbed in 100 lb. seated cable rows)

Snatch - 40 kg C&J - 55 kg TTB - 3 x 10, unbroken 4 rounds of 10 Ring dips 10 Ring rows, slightly elevated feet ca 3:30 min Lower back pain, TTB felt good.
