Did Wednesday workout today: Power snatch + snatch - 65% x 2 sets @ 160#; 70% x 3 sets @ 170# Clean pull - 97% x 3 x 3 @ 310# Clean deadlift - 105% (of clean) x 2 x 3 @ 340 Back squat - 81% x 2 x 5 @ 330#; follow each set immediately with 3 box jumps @ 38.5"

WU- 500m row 2x10 ring dips, GHD sit ups, back extensions OHS 5x45, 5x65, 5x85 snatch progression 45# Jerk- 155x2x2; 165x2x2 Sn Push press 105x5; 120x5; 125x5 Conditioning 4:43 with 40#DB and feet on a bench.

Jerk - 80% x 2 x 2; 85% x 2 x 2 128lb x 2 x 2, 138 x 2 x 2 - very challenging. Snatch push press - 70% x 5, 75% x 5, 80% x 5 x 2 93lb x 5, 98lb x 5, 103lb x 5 x 2 Wanted to get some pull ups in that I missed this week. Did 6 rounds of 3 pullups/chin ups, 6 decline parallette push ups.
