had to do a sunday wod due to weather that will likely preclude me getting to the gym monday. went before monday's wod was posted, but also prob couldn't have pushed for 90% post sat training anyway. ended up doing:
sn - 80%x1x3 - 85#
cj - 80%x1x2 - 110#
fs - 90%x1x1 - 140#

will rest monday.

Interesting WOD for me. My timing was much better and everything felt like I was getting back into the groove. I missed 130 4 times on the snatch and each time it was a little closer. I didn't want to wear myself out so I went on over to the C&J.
