Muscle Snatch- 135# clean, 140# with a slight dip on the catch Snatch- 155# x 1x2 C&J- 195 x 1x2 Pull-Up: 12-10-10 TGU sit-ups: 45-55-55

Also, looking back at the last bulgarian cycle, I'm assuming this Saturday is Max-Max day? I'm out of town so I wanted to be able to plan ahead and do the lifting Friday night, just wanted to make sure.

MS: 130# x1x1 Snatch: 120# x1x2 C&J: 165# x1x2 Max Pullups (Deadhang, CTB): 12, 7, 5 TGU Situps: 20# DB each arm. I did these incorrectly, I see. I held a DB in each arm at full extension and at a 90 degree angle to floor, sitting up with legs straight until my upper body was at 90 degrees to floor. Oh, well, it was tough and seem to be a good movement.

Muscle snatch - 115 Snatch - 125 x 1 x 2 Clean & jerk - 185 x 1 x 2 (Ugly - thinking too much!) Pull-ups - 2 x 10 TGU (full) - 2 x 8 (45-lbs dumbbell) Shoulders still feeling fried. They've always been a glaring weakness of mine, and these WODs test them daily. It'll be nice when I'm finally adapted to the volume.

MSN - 135# SN - 135# weird, eh? That's what the percentages give me. Think I'll be setting new PB's on Saturday. CJ - 170# PU - 8/8/7 @ -55# (still weak) TGU - 3 x 8 @ 25# (first time ever, did full before I saw the note) Harder on shoulders than on trunk. Need to get heavier. Monday's metcon - 9:43 (still slow)
