Dan - Do a sit-up throwing your arms forward to speed it up, roll onto your feet (assisting with your hands if needed) and jump.

Do you have any recommended subs for the halfmoons? I'm not in a position to get a sandbag before tomorrow . . .

You can just use a light bumper plate held on opposite edges like a big steering wheel and touch the bottom edge to the floor on each pass.

Are the halfmoons typically counted as one rep every time it hits the floor or every time it hits the same side?
