Im doing this program for the month of March in lieu of main site WOD, just to improve my OL. Muscle snatch - 75% x 2 x 3 95/95/95 Snatch - 60% x 1 x 3 95/95/95 Clean & jerk - 60% x 1 x 3 117/128/128 Pull-ups - 3 x max 19/10/10 (strict) At local gym; Warhorse.
