I am sure that I am not alone in my occasional longing for pizza since switching to eating Paleo. Pizza is a food that seems off-limits for those following a Paleo eating plan. Ever on the look-out for portable foods and good deals, we present this month some of the hottest items in the market, whether super or farmers. Coconut Beet Borscht

This is a hearty and flavorful dish. The fat content of the coconut milk makes it perfect for those following the athlete’s zone. Time 30 minutes 5-6 medium beets (a variety of colors makes for a radiant dish!) 1 yellow onion 1 can coconut milk ½ cup minced ginger Mince ginger and chop the onion.
