You don't need a PayPal account! PayPal is simply the company that processes our store transactions. You can pay with a credit card or even an e-check without having a PayPal account. |

I ordered an e-book and have not received it yet. How do I get it?
Download links are provided on the order success page. If you missed the links, you can log into your store account and view your order history to access download links from any purchase you've made. |

Do you have open gym hours?
We don't offer traditional open gym access. Our clients work with trainers or coaches during scheduled class or training times. If you would like to inquire about use of the facility outside of this, please contact us. |

What are the hours of your facility?
We are here from 7 am - 7 pm during the week and from 10 am to 1 pm on Saturdays. |
