Olympic Weightlifting: A Complete Guide for Athletes & Coaches

Great for even a raw beginner like myself. It's easy to understand and very thorough on topics from instruction on technique to nutrition and everything in between. As a crossfiter, (novice olympic lifter at best) I have found this book to be worth the investment in helping me improve on and understand the olympic lifts and their skill variations.
