Not sure if this is the correct place to ask this but...
I received your book a few days ago (I so wish I had ordered it sooner!) and yesterday I started the beginners program. I was wondering how long I should be resting in between sets and if the rest time should always be the same no matter what exercise is being performed?
Thanks for all your help.

Greg,
Just saw YOU on a little piece our local news station did on Olympic Athletes and what they eat. So cool. Love the tiny paleo plug "stuff your face with as many vegetables as you can with out throwing up and eat healthy fats, nuts and seeds".
Loved the little kid lifting in the background, too. You rock! |
