I did last Tuesday's metcon because I skipped it last week and have neither a sandbag or a rope.
WOD: I respectfully decline. Too sore from weekend antics and want to train tomorrow/thursday. Plus our towel was ripping for towel pullups, no sandbag, no rope, the platform was busy, 100# dumbbells seemed extreme, endless excuses.
